Starting from October 1, 2025, the Academy will launch short-term professional development courses aimed at enhancing the skills of current public sector leaders, leadership candidates, and managerial personnel. In this regard:
- The curricula and training programs will be designed based on current and future tasks of public service and governance, and leadership knowledge and skills will be developed within a period of up to one month;
- At the end of the short-term courses, participants’ acquired knowledge and professional competencies will be assessed through diagnostic evaluation;
- Professors from leading higher education institutions, experienced experts with practical skills, specialists from the private sector, consulting and analytical agencies, as well as representatives of international organizations will be involved in the courses.
Professional development will be carried out through training programs lasting up to one month, in accordance with established state requirements. Upon completion, participants will be awarded an official certificate of completion.
The Academy organizes training, retraining, and professional development based on the needs of public administration bodies, including local government authorities, economic management bodies, business structures, and civil society institutions.
