Entrance exams
At the Academy, admission to master’s degree programs is conducted in two stages:
Stage 1: Written Test (100 points)
- Political and legal knowledge — 25 points;
- Socio-economic knowledge — 25 points;
- Intellectual, analytical, and logical abilities — 25 points;
- Foreign language — 25 points (candidates holding a CEFR certificate of level B2 or higher in English, German, or French are exempt from the test).
The written test is organized by the Agency for Knowledge and Qualifications Assessment.
Stage 2: Interview
- During the interview, the following are assessed:
- Economic and legal knowledge;
- Managerial and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a team, think strategically and analytically;
- Flexibility, initiative, and innovative approach;
- Project management and public speaking skills.
The interview is conducted by a competitive commission composed of representatives of ministries and agencies, public organizations, leading faculty members, and independent experts.
The final results of admission to the Academy’s master’s programs are determined by the Admissions Committee based on the total number of points scored by the candidate in both the written test and the interview. Candidates with the highest scores are given priority for admission, first and foremost to state-funded places.
