Urgench Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Purpose of the branch:
To support the continuous professional development and skills enhancement of local public administration personnel in the region. The branch aims to update and strengthen their professional knowledge, skills, and leadership competencies, including strategic decision-making, analytical thinking, planning, problem-solving, and initiative.
Development of educational programs in relevant disciplines, organization of the educational process, preparation of textbooks and methodological guidelines, conducting scientific research, ensuring effective integration of education, science, and practice, and promoting international cooperation with academic and educational institutions.

- Constitutional and legal foundations of public administration in Uzbekistan;
- Strategic development goals of Uzbekistan until 2030 focused on sustainable growth;
- Instruments for transitioning to a green economy and energy efficiency;
- Public procurement and strategic management of financial resources;
- Competencies for realizing human potential under the “Mahalla-based” system;
- Ideological landscape of the world and challenges in protecting society from spiritual threats;
- Developing critical and rational thinking among civil servants;
- Systematic analysis and strategic decision-making in public administration;
- Legal liability of civil servants, conflict of interest regulation, and implementation of the "honesty vaccine" principles;
- Effective communication (negotiation, cooperation, communication competence);
- Labor discipline of civil servants;
- Moral image and leadership identity of public officials.

- Effective organization of cooperation between Makhalla committees and local executive authorities within the “Mahalla-based” governance system;
