The Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan welcomed a delegation from the SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management, headed by its Rector, Alexander Kim.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation in the fields of education, science, and public governance. Representatives of SKOLKOVO presented their Executive Education programmes, corporate education initiatives, and an educational model based on contemporary management approaches.

 Rector of the Academy Jasur Salikhov briefed the delegation on the institutional reforms being implemented at the Academy pursuant to Presidential Decree No. PF–78 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated 5 May 2025. He also presented information on the Academy’s modern educational programmes, ongoing digital transformation initiatives, and efforts to integrate artificial intelligence technologies into the systems of public governance and education.

The negotiations also explored prospects for cooperation in a number of priority areas, including academic exchange programmes for faculty members and master's students, the development of joint Executive Education programmes for civil servants, the implementation of collaborative research projects, and the advancement of cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence and digital public governance.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Academyof Public Policy and Administration and the SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management signed a Memorandum of Understanding, establishing a framework for long-term strategic cooperation in the fields of education, scientific research, and the training of senior managerial personnel.
