The initiative is being implemented in fulfilment of the tasks set by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during the videoconference meeting held on 13 March this year on improving the system for handling citizens' appeals and strengthening the comprehensive analysis of public opinion.
The programme brings together 140 senior managers and responsible officials representing regional healthcare departments, district medical associations, the branches of the Republican Specialised Scientific and Practical Medical Centre for Maternal and Child Health, and the Republican Centre for Emergency Medical Care.
Designed in line with modern public governance principles, the course focuses on strengthening competencies in handling citizens' appeals, preventing corruption, advancing digital healthcare, enhancing psychological resilience, promoting effective communication, and developing modern leadership skills.
The training combines theory with practical application through case studies, simulation exercises, group analysis, and interactive learning methods. Participants' competencies are assessed through both entry and final assessments, enabling an objective evaluation of their professional development.
Earlier this year, in April, a similar specialised short-term course was successfully delivered to heads of investigative divisions of the internal affairs bodies under the same initiative.
The programme is expected to strengthen modern management culture across the healthcare sector, improve the quality of work with citizens' appeals, and contribute to enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of public services.
