A 36-hour specialised programme entitled “Corporate Strategic Management” for executives of “BMB HOLDING” has successfully concluded at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The programme brought together 46 senior managers of the company.

The course was designed to strengthen strategic thinking, enhance the quality of long-term planning, reinforce corporate governance effectiveness, and refine decision-making approaches based on KPI frameworks.

Issues related to risk management and the systematic implementation of change were examined through real business cases and applied analytical discussions.

Upon completion of the programme, participants advanced their managerial approaches aimed at value creation at the corporate level, strengthening institutional sustainability, and improving competitiveness. Certificates were awarded to the participants at the closing ceremony.
