As part of the “Young Leaders” educational program, nearly 30 talented young individuals selected from across Uzbekistan are currently acquiring modern knowledge and skills in the field of public administration.
The main objective of the program is to strengthen the leadership capacity of young professionals by developing key managerial competencies such as strategic thinking, systems analysis, and effective decision-making.
At present, 15 of the most active and high-performing participants are undergoing a practical internship in the Republic of Korea. The primary purpose of this visit is to study Korea’s advanced experience in public administration, explore its governance systems and human resource policies, enhance participants’ professional knowledge and skills, and further strengthen international cooperation.
This visit plays a significant role for young leaders — not only in consolidating their theoretical knowledge, but also in gaining hands-on experience, engaging in international exchange, and shaping the approaches necessary for implementing future reforms.
