On July 18, 2025, the 4th Meeting of the Heads of Authorized State Bodies Responsible for the Development of Human Resources of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyz Republic.
The meeting served as a platform for exchanging experiences among Turkic-speaking countries in key areas such as modernization of human resource policies, implementation of digital governance tools, and ensuring the continuous development of civil servants.
The event was attended by a delegation led by the Rector of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The approaches put forward by the Academy contributed to strengthening the scientific and practical foundations of regional cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to advance joint initiatives aimed at strengthening human capital, developing talent pools, and implementing joint educational programs and projects.
