Training Courses and Workshops Organized in Cooperation with the Academy and Regional Branches of The Agency for the Development of the Civil Service

Professional development courses on priority international ratings and indices were conducted at the Fergana regional branch of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for senior staff of various organizations.

The training sessions were attended by 35 participants representing organizations such as commercial banks, the Fergana Oil Depot, the Fergana Regional Power Grid Company, thermal power plants, the Fergana branch of Uzagrolizing, the Fergana regional branch of JSC Hududgazta’minot, and others.

An express training session was also organized at the Samarkand regional branch of the Academy in cooperation with the regional khokimiyat.

Participants included staff of the Nurabad district khokimiyat and heads of local organizations.

As part of the training, lectures and practical exercises were delivered on the following topics: “Model Code of Ethics for Civil Servants,” “Developing Stress Management Skills,” and “The Ideological Landscape of the World and the Legacy of Great Ancestors.”
