An open dialogue platform was held at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the leadership of Vice-Rector R. Shirinova, with the participation of representatives of leading higher education institutions of the country.
In line with the tasks set out in the Presidential Decree on the comprehensive development of the Academy for 2025–2026, discussions focused on strengthening scientific and methodological mechanisms for generating new governance ideas, analyzing contemporary trends, and fostering a culture of open professional dialogue.
The meeting addressed advanced international practices in public administration, cooperation mechanisms between state and non-state sectors, the development of social partnership, and effective engagement with civil society institutions. The importance of developing innovative solutions to regional and sectoral challenges based on modern analytical approaches was emphasized.
During the event, the new electronic platform of the Academy’s journal “Society and Governance” was presented. The platform is designed to promote relevant research, expand scholarly cooperation, and enhance systematic expert dialogue.
