A roundtable discussion was held on the moral and ethical image of leaders in the civil service

A roundtable discussion on the topic “The Moral-Ethical Image of Leaders and the Effectiveness of Communication in the Civil Service” was held at the Urgench Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with The Agency for the Development of the Civil Service and Urgench State University.

The event was attended by heads of various organizations, women leaders working in the field of public administration, and candidates included in the talent pool of promising personnel.

Participants were presented with scientifically grounded theoretical and practical perspectives on the moral and ethical image of a leader, its socio-philosophical and psychological interpretations, the essence and significance of effective communication, and approaches to shaping a modern leadership image.
