From July 21 to 26, 2025, a professional development course for managerial staff of the Ministry of Culture was held at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Today, July 26, certificates were awarded to participants who successfully completed the course by the Rector of the Academy, Jasur Salikhov, and the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ozodbek Nazarbekov.
Throughout the course, participants received both theoretical knowledge and practical skills on current topics such as “Digital Transformation in Public Administration,” “Systemic Analysis and Modern Decision-Making Methods,” and “Time Management.”
The training sessions were conducted based on a 48-hour curriculum developed in cooperation with officials from the Ministry of Culture. The program comprised 14 key topics and 4 practical training modules.
Special attention was given to the development and strengthening of competencies required by contemporary public sector leaders.
As a result, participants gained the knowledge and readiness necessary to fulfill their official duties more effectively, organize management processes using innovative approaches, and apply advanced managerial competencies in practice.
