At the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a master class titled “Address–2026: Priority Tasks, Opportunities and Responsibility” was held with the participation of Mr. Nodir Jumayev, Chair of the Committee of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Participants were provided with a direct understanding of the mechanisms for shaping public policy and ensuring its regulatory and legal framework — from the initiation of legislative proposals to the stages of their practical implementation and oversight.

The master class primarily enabled a systematic comprehension of the process of developing public policy and translating it into practice. The substance and priority directions outlined in Address–2026, their regulatory foundations, as well as the mechanisms of parliamentary consideration were comprehensively explained.

During the meeting, practical aspects of reforms aimed at advancing the education system, improving youth policy and strengthening scientific capacity were discussed. Participants gained deeper insight into the importance of analytical approaches, evidence-based decision-making and executive discipline in the implementation of public policy.

The interactive format facilitated an open exchange on the practical stages of the legislative process, contributing to the reinforcement of strategic thinking, institutional responsibility and a professional approach to public administration.
