Participants of the mobile reserve of local government authorities are undergoing professional training at the Academy

Ongoing professional development courses for participants included in the mobile reserve of local government authorities will continue until June 21 of this year.

As part of the training program, lectures are scheduled on topical subjects such as “Modern personnel — the strength of the New Uzbekistan and an active civil society,” “Media culture in public service,” and “Human resource management.”

In addition, practical sessions under the topics “Human resource management” and “Promoting business development and reducing poverty in the regions through innovative financial instruments” are aimed at the efficient use of existing opportunities and resources, creating favorable conditions for private sector entrepreneurs, and supporting their activities to contribute to the country’s economic growth.
