During the masterclass, participants engaged in an open dialogue and posed questions on a range of key topics, including:

• making strategic decisions amid global economic transformations.
Drawing on his extensive international leadership experience, Suma Chakrabarti shared practical insights into the complexities of decision-making during challenging periods. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of strategic thinking, long-term vision, and the role of the human factor in public governance.
The meeting also provided a platform for exchanging views on the preparation of a new generation of civil servants, the introduction of modern governance approaches, and the integration of advanced international practices into Uzbekistan’s national system of public administration.
For reference, Suma Chakrabarti serves as a member of the International Academic Advisory Council of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration, and the visit was organized within the framework of cooperation aimed at incorporating international expertise into the Academy’s activities.
