The initiative, launched by Vice-Rector Raima Shirinova, is implemented within the framework of the Presidential Decree No. PF–78 dated May 5, 2025. It brought together talented students, master’s candidates, and researchers from six leading higher education institutions, including:
– University of World Economy and Diplomacy
– Tashkent State University of Economics
– Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
– Tashkent State University of Law
– International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan
– Central Asian University for Environmental and Climate Change Studies (Green University)
During the session, participants were introduced to the club’s core objectives, key areas of activity, and organizational framework. Particular emphasis was placed on fostering strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, evidence-based analysis, scenario development, and the formulation of practical policy recommendations. Participants also shared their perspectives and proposals.
The Club is expected to serve as a platform for cultivating a new generation of national analytical capacity, building a pool of professional strategic analysts, and, in the long term, forming a solid foundation for a national school of strategic analysis.
