A special training course titled “Strategic Planning and Development, Analysis and Performance Management,” jointly organized by the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms, has successfully concluded.

The closing event was attended by Sh. Valiyev, Vice-Rector for Finance, Economics of the Academy, and A. Abduqadirov, Director of the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Throughout the course, participants enhanced their knowledge and skills in modern approaches to strategic planning, development program design, analytical activities, performance management, as well as monitoring and evaluation of strategic documents.

The training included interactive lectures, practical sessions, case studies, master classes and coaching sessions aimed at strengthening both theoretical knowledge and practical competencies.

During the event, participants shared proposals and recommendations on improving the strategic management system, strengthening the analytical capacity of government institutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of strategic policy documents.

The course contributes to the development of strategic thinking, analytical approaches and results-oriented management culture, while enhancing the professional competencies of specialists involved in achieving the goals set out in the Uzbekistan–2030 Strategy.
