A practical lecture on the digitalization of HR processes was held at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for master’s students of the “Human Resource Development” program.

During the session, a representative of the Management Effectiveness Agency — Akramov Abbos Ashrapovich — shared practical insights on organizing, evaluating, and managing human resources in public administration using modern and digital approaches.

The lecture covered the capabilities of the hrm.gov.uz platform, approaches to reducing bureaucratic procedures, enhancing transparency, and making data-driven management decisions.

Special attention was also given to the implementation of digital technologies in HR management, modern performance evaluation mechanisms, and improving overall governance efficiency.

The main objective of the session was to develop specialists with advanced HR competencies and digital thinking for the public administration system.
