At the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, systematic monitoring of regional branch activities is ongoing. Under the leadership of Vice-Rector Shamsiddin Valiev, a comprehensive review of the Samarkand and Karshi regional branches has been conducted.

The comprehensive assessment of regional branch activities established that educational processes in both branches have been aligned with the requirements of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–78. At the same time, the need to modernize the infrastructure of the Samarkand branch and to systematize academic and organizational processes in the Karshi branch has been identified.

To enhance the effectiveness of personnel training, the following priority tasks have been defined:
— implementation of a unified academic standard;
— strengthening the practice-oriented nature of education;
— development of digital educational infrastructure;
— integration of learning outcomes into governance practice.

✍️Following the assessment, a strategic task has been defined to transform regional branches into result-oriented institutional platforms that ensure the targeted training of high-potential personnel, their effective integration into the public administration system, and the development of practical solutions.
