Today, on September 8, at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, two professional development programs were launched simultaneously.
Training for NGO leaders
Within the framework of the Civil Society Development Concept, a professional development course for leaders of non-governmental non-profit organizations has started. A total of 84 participants are taking part in the program. The curriculum covers the organizational and legal foundations of NGO activities, directions for the development of civil society, as well as trainings and practical sessions aimed at enhancing personal competencies.
Courses for the management staff of “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC
In line with the company’s human resources policy, 20 managerial and engineering-technical employees have begun a professional development course. The training program covers relevant topics such as modern leadership skills, building effective teams, efficient use of human resources, and the concept of an “integrity vaccine.”
As part of these courses, participants will gain not only theoretical knowledge but also the opportunity to strengthen their professional skills through practical exercises and internships.
