A 36-hour specialised professional development programme entitled “Modern Management” has successfully concluded at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for executives of the company. The course brought together 20 senior managers and was conducted over six days.
The programme provided in-depth coverage of modern corporate governance, strategic planning and institutional development. Participants strengthened their professional competencies and enhanced practical skills in strategic decision-making, effective negotiations, team leadership, time management and conflict resolution.
Particular attention was given to the application of artificial intelligence in contemporary management systems, the Scrum project management framework, risk assessment, financial sustainability and the development of international business relations.
Certificates were awarded to participants upon completion of the programme.
