In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has launched a professional development course designed for employees of government bodies and administrative institutions.
The six-day intensive program, titled “Modern Management,” is aimed at strengthening managerial capacity and renewing public administration personnel in line with the country's strategic policy priorities.
Conducted in-person, the course brings together 21 representatives from key ministries, agencies, and state institutions.
The program covers several essential areas, including:
– Implementation of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy;
– Financial justification of regulatory and legal documents;
– Skills in constructive conflict resolution;
– Leadership development for public sector managers;
– Adherence to human rights and gender equality principles;
– Prevention of conflicts of interest and the adoption of ethical standards.
Special attention is given to strengthening inter-agency cooperation, building robust professional networks, and facilitating the exchange of best practices in public administration.
The course will conclude on October 18, 2025. Participants who successfully pass the final assessment will receive official certificates of completion.
