Military Officers Acquired Advanced Leadership and Management Competencies

The Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has successfully concluded a professional development course for officers of the Ministry of Defense on the topic “Modern Governance and Leadership Skills.”

This program was designed to enhance the leadership potential of military personnel, develop strategic thinking, and strengthen their ability to make sound decisions in complex governance environments.

As part of the program, participants not only gained theoretical and practical knowledge of modern management theories, public administration mechanisms, and effective team collaboration, but also developed competencies in preventing conflicts of interest and explored the prospects for embedding integrity standards into public governance.

At the conclusion of the program, official certificates were awarded to the participants by the Rector of the Academy, Jasur Salikhov.
