German Partners Visit the Academy: Dialogue, Negotiations, and Recognition of Cooperation

Today, on the eve of the closing ceremony of the inaugural season of the joint educational initiative “School for Hakim Training,” a high-level meeting was held at the Academy of State Policy and Governance under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of German partners.

The meeting was attended by Jasur Salikhov, Rector of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Manfred Huterer, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Uzbekistan, Raymond Helfrich, Vice-Rector of the Bavarian School of Public Administration, Christian Blaschke, Regional Project Director of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Central Asia and Madina Ishmuradova, “Deputy Director of the GIZ Effective Governance Project”, as well as representatives from other partner institutions.

During the meeting, the parties held in-depth discussions on strengthening bilateral academic cooperation and outlined concrete plans for future collaboration.

Particular attention was given to further development of the “School for Hakim Training” program. It was emphasized that the successful completion of its inaugural season was largely attributed to effective, trust-based, and mutually beneficial cooperation. Both sides expressed their sincere appreciation for the partnership and reaffirmed their commitment to advancing joint initiatives in the future.
