During the session, the conceptual foundations of the complex—developed over nearly nine years—its scientific and spiritual significance, as well as its role within global civilizational processes, were examined through an analytical lens.

It was emphasized that the Islamic Civilization Center transcends the framework of a cultural project, serving instead as an intellectual platform that bridges historical heritage with contemporary governance thinking.

As a result of cooperation with international auction houses, major collectors, and art dealers, original copies of hundreds of rare artifacts have been repatriated. Such a scale of historical restoration has been undertaken for the first time.

The discussions focused on fostering historical consciousness, strengthening national identity, and developing strategic thinking grounded in the harmony of science and religion.

As the President noted, “above all, knowledge—and once again knowledge, education—and once again education, constitute the foundation of progress.”

In this context, The Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan operates not only as an educational institution, but as an institutional platform shaping a new generation of governance thinking at the intersection of knowledge, history, and public policy.
