The discussions focused on the establishment of a “Data & AI” Laboratory within the Academy’s Center for Digital and Artificial Intelligence Technologies. Under the framework of the awarded grant, the Academy received modern technical equipment on a non-reimbursable basis, aimed at developing a resilient technological and educational infrastructure in the fields of artificial intelligence and data analytics.
The laboratory will serve as a practice-oriented platform for:
- the implementation of applied training modules in artificial intelligence and data analytics;
- the development of advanced digital and managerial competencies among master’s students and civil servants;
- the application of data-driven approaches in public policy design and decision-making;
- the delivery of research-driven and applied case-based projects.
The parties reaffirmed their commitment to further expanding cooperation, including the implementation of joint scientific and practical initiatives in support of the digital transformation of public administration and the strengthening of human capital.
This initiative is being implemented in line with the objectives set out in Presidential Decree No. PF-78 and is aimed at shaping a modern model of public sector leadership development aligned with the demands of the digital era.
