During the meeting, the following dissertations submitted for the Doctor of Science (DSc) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees were discussed:
“Japan's Energy Diplomacy in the Context of Geoeconomic Transformations in East Asia” (Specialty 23.00.04 – International Relations, Political Issues of Global and Regional Development, submitted for the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in Political Science);
“Improving the Management of the Mentorship System in Training Managerial Personnel for the Civil Service” (Specialty 08.00.13 – Management, submitted for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Economics).
During the discussions, members of the Scientific and Methodological Council presented their comments, recommendations, and assessments regarding the scientific novelty, methodological framework, and practical significance of the dissertations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Council adopted the relevant decisions to recommend the dissertations for the next stage of the evaluation process in accordance with the established procedures.
