At the Academy, a special examination is organized for applicants seeking academic titles on the topic: “Scientific Foundations and Practical Approaches to Improving the System of State and Public Governance, Ensuring the Rule of Law, Developing and Liberalizing the Economy, and Advancing Social Development.”

The process is aimed at strengthening scientific capacity, enhancing the quality of academic and pedagogical activities, and ensuring an objective assessment of the theoretical and practical knowledge of specialists.
In accordance with the relevant order of the Rector of the Academy, organizing the examination at a high standard and ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process have been identified as key priorities. The examination questions were developed by qualified field experts based on the content and specifics of the relevant specializations.
The special examination is being conducted in accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–4958 dated February 16, 2017, as well as relevant resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Higher Attestation Commission.
The Academy continues its systematic efforts to support scientific activity and ensure transparency and quality in the processes related to the awarding of academic degrees and titles.
