Applied Learning Visit Organized for Candidates Included in the Prospective Personnel Reserve in Fergana

As part of the short-term professional development courses organized by the Fergana Regional Branch of The Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, participants familiarized themselves with the activities of Farg‘ona Digital Hub and the IT Park.
During the practical sessions, discussions focused on the role of artificial intelligence technologies in regional socio-economic development, improving the efficiency of key driver sectors, and introducing digital governance approaches. Participants were also introduced to practical methods for the safe, responsible, and effective use of AI-based solutions in public and sectoral administration.
The applied learning visit contributed to strengthening the integration of education, research, and practice, enhancing modern managerial competencies, and developing skills aligned with ongoing digital transformation processes.
