Another monitoring process aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of research activities and assessing the progress of dissertation research was conducted at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As part of the monitoring process, a comprehensive assessment was conducted of the implementation of the individual work plans of basic doctoral students and doctoral students, the progress of their dissertation research, their activities related to the preparation and publication of scientific articles, and the measures undertaken to implement research findings in practice.
Particular attention was paid to ensuring the openness and transparency of research processes by entering the results of research activities into the Academy's internal information platform as well as into the Unified Electronic System of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan — daraja.ilmiy.uz.
