As part of the implementation of the priority tasks defined in the personnel policy of “Uzbekhydroenergo” Joint Stock Company, an advanced training course for 20 managerial and engineering-technical employees has been successfully completed.
During the program, participants acquired in-depth knowledge and skills on such relevant topics as modern leadership approaches, effective team management, advanced methods of human resource utilization, as well as the concept of the “integrity vaccine.”
The course encompassed not only theoretical knowledge but also practical training sessions and internships, enabling participants to further strengthen their professional competencies.
Upon completion of the program, employees who successfully graduated were awarded state-standard certificates by the Vice-Rector of the Academy for Research and International Relations, Alisher Umarov, together with responsible representatives of “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC.
