A Training Course Was Organized in Sirdarya for Candidates Included in the Reserve of Promising Personnel

On June 13, 2025, a short-term training course was organized for candidates included in the reserve of promising personnel, in cooperation between the Gulistan Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Sirdarya Regional Branch of The Agency for the Development of the Civil Service.

The course was aimed at developing managerial and professional knowledge and skills of civil servants.

As part of the training program, participants attended seminars and workshops on topics such as communication culture and public speaking for leaders, as well as the ethical image and professional demeanor of civil servants.

This training course is intended to enhance the professional capacity of the candidates, strengthen their leadership competencies, and provide them with the necessary preparation for effective service in the civil sector.
