The visit aimed to bridge theoretical learning with real-world practice by examining the role of renewable energy in public policy, the application of digital and innovative solutions, and contemporary approaches to effective human resource management. This exposure provided students with a clearer understanding of how “green” transformation and sustainable development policies are implemented within the public administration system.
Through hands-on and demonstrative sessions, participants explored the practical dimensions of reform at the local level, assessing institutional effectiveness and gaining insights relevant to strategic decision-making in government.
The practical training programme is scheduled to continue until 19 December, with participation from more than 160 master’s students of the Academy.
