During the event, presentations were delivered on ongoing public administration reforms, the development of modern leadership competencies, the Academy’s educational and research projects, as well as the priority areas of training, retraining and professional development for managerial personnel in the civil service system.
The participants also exchanged views on strengthening regional human resource capacity, identifying and developing promising personnel, and expanding the implementation of modern management competencies in the public administration system.
The meeting contributes to improving the effectiveness of public administration bodies, developing a professional reserve of managerial personnel, and further strengthening the integration of education, research and practice.
