At the beginning of the event, Rector J. Salikhov received Professor Green. During the meeting, discussions focused on the Academy’s ongoing transformation processes, its system of participant training, and the development of international academic cooperation.
It was noted that, in line with the tasks set by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, studying advanced international experience and incorporating it into the educational process remains one of the Academy’s key priorities.
The masterclass was opened by Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations Raima Khakimova, who emphasised that scholarly dialogue with international experts strengthens analytical thinking within modern governance.
Professor presented an analysis of labour market transformation in developed countries, demographic shifts and the impact of migration policy on economic growth. Particular attention was given to the strategic role of education and vocational training in enhancing the quality of human capital. During the discussions, participants exchanged views on labour market policy, regulatory mechanisms for international migration, and the effectiveness of investments in human capital.
At the conclusion of the event, the importance of further developing international academic cooperation and continuing scholarly knowledge exchange was underscored.
