A master class aimed at strengthening practical leadership skills was held at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for master’s degree participants.

The guest speaker was Svetlana Baymirzayevna Artikova, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who shared her professional experience, decision-making practice in high-responsibility settings, and perspectives on the moral and ethical foundations of leadership in public service.

The session focused on leadership accountability, an uncompromising stance against corruption, upholding the rule of law and justice, the importance of gender equality, and the core competencies required of today’s public sector leaders.
