A leadership training seminar was held at the “Sohil” recreational camp

Leadership is not only about giving orders or making decisions, but also about having strong inner stability, communication culture, and continuous self-development.

For this reason, the next training seminar organized by the Fergana Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for managerial staff of the Namangan Regional Department of the National Agency for Social Protection was held not in a traditional meeting hall, but in the natural surroundings of the “Sohil” recreational camp located in the Kosonsoy district.

During the seminar, Director of the Fergana Regional Branch of the Academy U. Fozilov and instructor K. Uzaqov conducted training sessions on the topics “Effective Communication for Leaders” and “Prevention of Emotional Burnout Syndrome in Leadership.”

Throughout the seminar, participants gained useful knowledge and practical skills in areas such as active listening and communication, managing emotional pressure, maintaining a positive working atmosphere, and developing effective leadership competencies.
