A forum honoring the recipients of the “El-yurt umidi” Presidential Scholarship was held at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event aimed to support talented youth and to strengthen the national talent pool capable of contributing to the implementation of priority objectives under the “Uzbekistan–2030” Strategy.

During the forum, it was noted that cooperation between the Academy and the El-yurt umidi Foundation is carried out within a unified talent cluster focused on human capital development. While the Foundation provides talented young people with access to international education and practical experience, the Academy facilitates the effective integration of their knowledge and competencies into public policy and governance practice.

As part of this cooperation, 237 young professionals in 2025 gained the opportunity to pursue studies at leading universities in more than 20 countries worldwide.
