At the Fergana Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a series of training sessions and intellectual competitions were held.
Lecturer of the branch, Qahramon Uzaqov, delivered a master class on “Developing Leadership and Management Skills”, while the Director of the branch, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics Umidjon Fozilov, conducted a session on “Creative and Critical Thinking.”
The sessions were organized in the format of open dialogue and practical exercises, during which participants presented and defended their ideas and proposals, as well as strengthened their teamwork skills.
In the second half of the day, an intellectual game “Zakovat” was held among employees. Twenty teams competed for victory, and in the end, the top three teams were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts.
Organized at the initiative of the Fergana Regional Department of the National Agency for Social Protection, this training seminar contributed to the development of managerial and leadership skills, the formation of creative and critical thinking, the improvement of effective teamwork, and the enhancement of participants’ professional potential.
