Held in the run-up to the sacred Eid al-Adha holiday, the event contributed to reinforcing collective solidarity and unity.
During the visit, participants explored the heritage of their ancestors and the evolution of public administration systems, which collectively served as a practical case study across key strategic dimensions, including:
— Public Administration — analysis of the evolutionary stages of governance systems;
— The Third Renaissance — the foundation of the country’s contemporary scientific and cultural advancement;
— Human Resources — consolidation around strategic national priorities;
— Regional Development — the socio-economic potential of major cultural and infrastructural projects;
— Leadership Identity — a statesman’s profound respect for national values and historical heritage.
This meeting further enriched the participants’ analytical outlook through reflection on the three-thousand-year history of the Uzbek people and their contribution to world civilization. At the conclusion of the event, prayers were offered in the Qur’an Hall — regarded as the spiritual heart of the Center — in honour of the project’s initiators and creators.
A collective visit to the Center of Islamic Civilization, established on the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, was organized under the leadership of Rector Jasur Salixov and served for future public sector leaders as both an academic and spiritual form of team building aimed at strengthening team cohesion.
