Applications are accepted from September 3rd to October 2nd (inclusive), 2025 through the online platform qabul.dsba.uz (https://qabul.dsba.uz/).

The approved admission quotas for Master’s degree programs for 2025–2026 academic year are as follows:
- Master of Public Administration – total 55 (30 state grant, 10 tuition fee, 15 open competition tuition fee)
- Master of Regional Development – total 55 (30 state grant, 10 tuition fee, 15 open competition tuition fee)
- Master of Human Resource Development – total 55 (30 state grant, 10 tuition fee, 15 open competition tuition fee)
Submission of documents is carried out in the following order:
- Civil servants wishing to study on a state grant or tuition fee basis shall apply through the Agency for Governance Efficiency;
- Candidates applying under the open competition (tuition contract) shall apply directly via the official website of the Academy.
Entrance tests will be held on October 10–11, 2025, in two shifts. Examination permits will be issued online.
Applicants holding a foreign language certificate of CEFR B2 level (or equivalent international certificates) and higher are exempted from the foreign language test and will be awarded the maximum score.
Candidates who successfully pass the test will be invited to the second stage — the interview.
